With unclean rooms, loud disturbances, and reports of safety concerns, my stay was regrettable. Outdated decor and poor maintenance made matters worse. The lack of consistent housekeeping and inadequate kitchen provisions left much to be desired. This place truly felt like a last resort. I can't recommend it.

We had a fantastic time staying here! The kids loved the nearby Wet' n Wild water park, just a short drive away. The complimentary breakfast was a hit with our family, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Jasmine at the front desk was incredibly helpful, ensuring we got settled nicely.

The location was convenient for my needs, close to local attractions. However, the hotel needs some serious updates. The hallways looked dingy, and I noticed some dirt and debris from the ongoing renovations. I also encountered a malfunctioning elevator, which was a hassle when carrying luggage up the stairs. There were some noisy guests outside my room during the night, which disrupted my sleep. Overall, the staff were friendly, but the management really needs to address cleanliness and renovations to improve the guest experience.
